I just wanted to send a quick note to you about one of your charter drivers, Sheldon. My son is on the RCTC baseball team, so I had the opportunity to meet Sheldon during their spring training trip to Florida and see him at other games. The baseball team and the parents and grandparents just love Sheldon. He is so polite, professional, and is one of the team's biggest fans. He has learned all the players' names during the season and has been a big supporter of the team. They were thrilled he was able to be with them when they won their state championship and that he was able to go with them to the national tournament.

Sheldon is an awesome representative of your company and a true asset for you. Thank you for all the times he has been able to take the team to their games. The team would not have felt complete if Sheldon hadn't been able to take them to Texas.

Dear Pat, Mary, Mike, Anne, Al and Father Tix,

A big THANK YOU to you and your team of drivers from Minnesota Coaches, Inc. for the outstanding job you did in generously providing luxury motor coach transportation for more than 230 guests participating in our Catholic Services Appeal Ministry Discovery Visits and Leadership Dinner last evening. Your tremendous and dedicated efforts made possible the smooth pick-up, and return of so many of our key stakeholders along five bus routes, including 15 stops and six coaches!

Everyone who traveled by your motor coaches was tremendously thankful for the wonderful convenience, service and hospitality offered by your drivers and is looking forward to the next opportunity! Thanks to Minnesota Coaches, Inc. we were able to have a tremendously successful afternoon and evening of events.

"Thanks for all your hard work putting together this trip for the boys….from the pre-trip planning to herding them where they needed to be and when (bus, hotel, dorms, games, meals)to back home again – in one piece nonetheless! Jacob said he “had SO much fun!” I also hear that the boys were quite impressed with the bus driver’s skills in getting the bus into the hotel parking lot, and that “he brought it like a pro!” We look forward to hearing about how awesome the Delaware experience was."

Jay did a great job and having him on the second trip will make me sleep better knowing that he has first-hand experience for a trip that I cannot be on. The boys were actually better than I expected and Jay related to them very well. I did his tip directly to him.

I just wanted you to know that our driver, Duane Swanson, was outstanding! He is incredibly easy to work with, gets along very well with the Coaches and players, and is extremely professional.

He’s also a great driver, was always ready well in advance for departures, and knew where he was going. He made it very easy. The kids left a couple of items on the bus, and he even went so far as to mail me the items.

He was great to work with from all angles! Please forward this e-mail onto his superior.

Just a note to let you know what a great job Geoffrey did this past week! He was timely, always willing to help and so nice to everyone. The entire group enjoyed him and the good care he took. All were impressed with his driving skills. He can maneuver a bus like no one else.

I wanted to write and let you know what a great job your driver Jeff did for our group on Wed. November 4th. We had Jeff for the entire day and he was so professional and knowledgeable of the routes. We arrived at all our stops in a very timely manner. I was extremely happy with the level of professionalism that Jeff provided and would definitely want to book him in the future for other jobs.

Our meeting was a great success and the transportation coordinator Sheldon was wonderful! Shannon, our onsite contact, said Sheldon was very helpful and was everywhere he was supposed to be when he was supposed to be there. They are already talking about doing a program like this again next year and we will most likely do the bus thing with Minnesota Coaches again. Everyone said taking a mini coach from Minneapolis and using it as the shuttle in Madison was a great idea. It saved us quite a bit of money versus renting a tour bus in Madison and purchasing 5 plane tickets. Tell Sheldon that we appreciated his service very much.
